Fees Policy

What fees do we charge?

We do not charge any fees for credit card payments, check payments, or cash payments. However if you are more than 30 days late on your bill, a $40 late fee will be assesed. Returned checks will incur a $30 fee.

A: To use electricity safely, always follow the guidelines provided by Rural Power Services. Ensure any appliances are in good working order and avoid using damaged cords or equipment.  
   
Q: What happens if I tamper with the installed equipment?  
A: If you attempt to repair or tamper with our equipment, you may incur extra fees for repairs or be responsible for damages. It's best to leave these tasks to our trained professionals.
